A quick hello from us!
We are a forward-thinking estate agent and specialist letting and property management company who believe that a shop front is not what will let or sell your property at the best price and with the passion, experience and technology that Your Home Agent can provide.
We are super focused on you, our client. Our working day is not just 9-5 which enables us to find out your property requirements, answer your questions, set up viewings, ensure quick concise payments, deal with property management and keep you updated along the way. When you are focused on your own commitments, we are dedicated to working for you and when you are not, we are still proactive. We really are available when you need us… whatever works best for you – we can work around that.
We have worked closely in the estate agency industry over the years and our combined experience spans 45 years.
We may have our heads in the cloud so to speak but we also have very traditional values at heart with both of us having worked as managers for local High Street and Corporate companies for many years.
From start to finish you will deal with one person and that person will be a Director. We do not manage a large volume of property and this we believe makes us able to offer an exclusive, friendly and caring service where we create lasting relationships with our landlords and tenants, and we are always available to offer advice or discuss your property requirements. We can also advise what are your options when considering letting or selling your property.
We believe that quality photography and a proactive approach are the key elements to selling and letting your property. That’s why we make sure we take your property to the tenants or buyers rather than sitting and waiting to see who walks through the door. Our customer service is second to none and we firmly believe in the old saying that people buy from people. We pride ourselves on being approachable, friendly, and honest people and we hold our values of communication, good service, transparency, and genuine care very deeply.
We have seen alot in our years in the industry…. this has taught us that accountability and responsibility are key and we like to see our dots joined up whether this is chasing a sales chain or ensuring a contractor is at a property on time.
I have been in the property industry for nearly 30 years covering areas in the Midlands, North West England and Wales. I pride myself on listening to people and what their property needs are. I also see the strength in communication to enhance the customer experience and ultimately save time and money. A previous winner of The British Property Awards where I was awarded a Gold for customer service within Chester and Bronze for the whole of the North West. I love people and have a strong belief that integrity should be part of the service that we at Your Home Agent deliver. We look forward to working with and for you.
Ellie Gilbert
I love everything property and have been involved in the property industry and predominantly Lettings since 2005. I started out working as an administrator for a High Street Estate Agent in Birmingham before setting up and running my own small business Sales and Letting Station in Chester for several years. Later I worked for as Lettings Manager for an independent agency for 13 years. I enjoy, running, travelling and spending time with our 2 grandchildren and our cockapoo Jackson.
