Client files are stored on our secure client management systems with restricted access to those within the business who are required to have access to your information for legitimate business purposes.

We ensure access to personal information is restricted to Your Home Agent and employees and workers within Your Home Agent on a need to know basis.

The period for which we keep your personal information for is dependent on the services we deliver to you. We do not retain your personal information for any longer than is necessary or for the purposes other than we need to use it for.
